The Inside Sales Representative reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and is responsible for prospecting and qualifying prospects to move them through the sales cycle to close the sale. The position requires outstanding telecommunication, interpersonal, opportunity development, account management and communication skills. The sales representative will be required to have an understanding of how VCG solutions can help address a prospect’s business issues and be able to communicate these solutions to the client in a compelling way. The sales representative will sell VCG’s solution portfolio, including consulting, web application development, intranet implementation and custom application development. The sales representative must be able to manage multiple opportunities and client projects simultaneously, be willing to work flexible hours and travel as necessary.

Success in this position could lead to an enterprise level sales position with VCG with significant earnings growth potential.
The location of this opportunity is in Monterrey, Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound sales calls to identify, qualify and quantify opportunities for specific VCG solutions.
· Handle in-bound leads from corporate marketing efforts.
· Meet or exceed monthly targets.
· Understand and utilize the VCG Sales Process for all opportunities (training will be provided).
· Maintain and provide to management reports as required by management.
· Additional duties/responsibilities may be assigned as required.
Qualifications:
· Two or more years of successful sales experience with strong emphasis on software integration services, solutions, software, and/or technology
· Outstanding phone skills.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
· Successful experience in cold calling and opportunity development preferred.
· Outstanding communications skills, both verbal and written are critical.
· The ability to work under tight deadlines and managing to multiple demands is required.
· Strong computer skills (e.g. MS Office Suite).
· Strong time management and organizational skills.
· This position requires someone who can take the initiative to make things better as well as someone who holds themselves accountable.

Preferred Skills/Experiences
· Experience with a consultative sales exploration process designed to pinpoint customer needs
· The ability to clearly articulate benefits as they relate to customers business needs
· Able to adapt communication style according to customer and situation in order to most effectively gain agreement
· Demonstrated ability to gather relevant information and accurately define and acknowledge customer concerns and possible trends. Also gathers information from other resources to further develop a comprehensive assessment of customer’s situation
· Working knowledge of technology and technology concepts associated with web applications, software development, and systems integration.
· Familiarity with Microsoft developer tools
· Familiarity with Open Source developer tools
· Solution selling experience with Content Management Systems and Corporate Intranets.
· Knowledge of the Business Intelligence services.
