The Technical Leader will be responsible for the design and implementation of core systems for one of our clients in the Los Angeles area. The selected candidate will coordinate a team of developers working out of our office in Monterrey, Mexico.

The candidate will work with the latest Microsoft technologies to satisfy the business needs of our customer. As a technical leader, the candidate will work directly with other managers to implement the strategies that will transform the company into one of the most successful Software as a Service (SaaS) providers.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

The candidates for this position must have the following skills:

-          At least 5 years working with the .NET Framework

-          At least 7 years working in Software Development projects

-          Experience working with C# and VB.NET

-          Experience designing and building Web Applications, Windows Forms Applications and Windows Services Applications using the .NET Framework

-          Familiar with Web Service design and implementation

-          Proficient on Web technologies such as Java Script, CSS and AJAX

-          Experience working with SQL Server, query tuning, index tuning and troubleshooting

-          Familiar with ETL concepts

-          Experience in third party systems integration (using web services, flat files or batch processes)

-          Ability to manage remote teams

-          Excellent communication skills

-          Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
