JOB SUMMARY

The Developer will be part of a migration effort of an ASP and ASP.NET based application to WPF and WFC based application.

The individual must have working knowledge of the full project life cycle, including feasibility analysis, project planning, general design, coding, unit testing, system testing.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

•           Solid knowledge of relational database structures.

•           Solid knowledge of software development life cycle.

•           Experience with globalization is a plus.

•           Ability to perform analysis of documented specifications and features and accurately translate them into working code.

•           Experience with integrated development environments.

•           Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills.

•           Correct usage of English grammar, spelling, punctuation and vocabulary.

•           Ability to effectively work in team environment and with people in other departments and/or outside the corporation.

•           Skilled in usage of Microsoft Office.

•           Aptitude for learning operating systems, basic database structures, etc.

•           Interpersonal skills using tact, patience, courtesy, and cooperation.

•           Ability to establish and maintain and effective working relationships with others.

•           Ability to analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action.

•           Ability to work effectively on several projects concurrently.
