JOB SUMMARY

The Technical Leader will be responsible for the design and implementation of core systems for one of our clients in the Los Angeles area. The selected candidate will coordinate a team of developers working out of our office in Monterrey, Mexico.

The candidate will work with the latest Microsoft technologies to satisfy the business needs of our customer. As a technical leader, the candidate will work directly with other managers to implement the strategies that will transform the company into one of the most successful Software as a Service (SaaS) providers.

The candidates for this position must have the following skills:

• At least 5 years working with the .NET Framework


• At least 7 years working in Software Development projects


• Experience working with C# and VB.NET


• Experience designing and building Web Applications, Windows Forms Applications and Windows Services Applications using the .NET Framework


• Familiar with Web Service design and implementation


• Proficient on Web technologies such as Java Script, CSS and AJAX


• Experience working with SQL Server, query tuning, index tuning and troubleshooting


• Familiar with ETL concepts


• Experience in third party systems integration (using web services, flat files or batch processes)


• Ability to manage remote teams


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications

$70,000 to $80,000 USD
